Deri is one of those rare finds, a young chap who left college June 2000 clutching his music degree in one hand & his trombone in the other. What is so rare about Deri is that as well as being a fierce fan of Charlie Mingus & a great composer (working a lot with dance companies) he is also a dab hand at sound design spending a lot of time with Metasynth, Soundhack & GRM tools. He can also play just about anything you can throw at him, Didgeridoo, African Thumb Pianos, Conch Shells, Baritone Sax, Irish Mouth Harp, Tasmanian Horn, the list goes on.
